Please send us an email or message us at Whatsapp regarding your issue.To return your old item(s),put everything back in the original packaging and ship it through your nearest courier service to the address provided.Once recieved the item(s) will be inspected and if approved,your new item(s) will be shipped promptly.

Anticipated Timeline for Exchange Delivery:
Our team typically processes exchange packages weekly, ensuring efficient handling of your request. Anticipate the arrival of your exchange parcel at your specified destination within a week's time. Exchange packages are also dealt with based on stock availability—
- If the requested item is currently out of stock, we will either ask you to select an alternative or wait for the restock.
- In cases where the item is expected to be restocked within 7–10 days, we'll hold your request and dispatch it once it becomes available.
- If the restocking takes longer, we'll notify you and request a replacement choice accordingly.
Return Policy:
All products purchased from MORR® are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.
If you wish to raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by reaching out to us via Instagram (@MORR).
At MORR®, we handle each dispute on a case-by-case basis and strive for fairness for all parties involved.

Please note that certain scenarios make it difficult for us to process returns and exchanges, including but not limited to the following:
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
